We know it truly takes a community to end the injustice on our streets and create a revival that will dismantle the enormous problem of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation in our great city. In order to reach the unreachable, we need people like you to meet them where they are—on our streets, in apartments and local motels, and in the middle of the night.

Blue Heart International is teaming up with Victory Outreach South Sacramento to disrupt the sex trafficking industry in our community and to bring a light of hope to all involved.

Through our quarterly Street Outreach events we connect, serve meals, offer a place to rest, and provide backpacks, purses and prayer to the women and children we meet.  Working hand-in-hand with Victory Outreach, local law enforcement and volunteer groups, we can make a difference.

We offer a volunteer orientation and special street outreach training prior to each event that includes:

  • What to expect and overview!
  • Volunteer Stations:
    • Street Team, Meal Team, Hope Lounge Team,
    • Purse/Back Pack Team, Cyber Team, Prayer Team
  • Street Safe Protocols – Follow Your Leader
  • Identifying signs of trafficking and exploitation
  • Community Services and Referrals
  • Volunteer Registration and Fingerprinting Services

If you would like to attend a training session, volunteer or provide donations of purses, backpacks, personal hygiene items or school supplies, please contact us or directly email our Volunteer Coordinator at: sandy@blueheartinternational.org.

Please note: dates and times of events are released to registered volunteers at orientation.
